Healthy Lifestyle Support
This program follows the PreventT2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) and includes 24 guided sessions covering key wellness topics such as nutrition, movement, stress management, and behavior change. Classes are led by certified lifestyle coaches who provide education, encouragement, and ongoing support in a motivating group setting.
Best of all, the program is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals, making it an accessible and impactful option for long-term health improvement.

Healthy Lifestyle Support Program | NEW session begins in March at acac Simpsonville
Need help with accountability? Looking to lose some weight? Are you at risk for developing Diabetes? We have partnered with the CDC to offer a group-based program that has been proven to help participants lose weight, adopt better eating habits, and achieve the recommended amount of physical activity. We utilize the Prevent T2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. The program consists of 22 meetings, covering different wellness topics, and is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals.
