Our cardio floor is built to keep you moving. With a full lineup of treadmills, bikes, ellipticals and more – it has everything you need for endurance training, heart health and high-energy workouts.

Fitness Floor

Our fitness floor area is fully equipped with everything you need to build power and confidence, from selectorized machines to racks, plates, and dumbbells for workouts at every level.

What we put in our bodies is so important for achieving overall health and fitness goals. Our Registered Dietitian, Margaret Moses, has over 20 years’ experience helping clients live mindfully, eat well and feel their best. Services offered include the following:

P.R.E.P.®

Developed by acac Fitness & Wellness, the Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) was designed to offer a non-intimidating exercise program that helps individuals begin or return to exercise. Originally developed to bridge the gap between healthcare and fitness, p.r.e.p.® provides exercise guidance, accountability and support for life-long success.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from a procedure, or simply new to exercise, p.r.e.p.® offers a structured, supportive path forward. And it’s not just for one type of participant; this program is open to all fitness levels and tailored to your unique needs.

Racquetball

Get in the game with our on-site racquetball court. At acac Eagleview, we offer both singles and doubles racquetball on our court, free for acac members. Played with a stringed racquet and rubber ball, racquetball provides a great cardio workout. It’s the perfect way to stay active while socializing with fellow members.

acac Dance Academy offers ballet for ages 3+, plus jazz and hip hop for ages 5+, in a fun and encouraging environment for dancers of all abilities. Classes focus on building confidence, coordination, and a love of movement. Each session ends with a showcase, complete with costumes, where dancers perform everything they have learned for family and friends!
