Small group training, or semi-private training, is a great option if you want to work with a personal trainer at less cost than a one-to-one session. Join one of our pre-scheduled sessions below or put together your own group of workout partners! 

Bootcamps: 30 minutes for $10 each

Shaun T’s Insanity 

One of the few clubs in Maryland offering this great program. Insanity is a plyometric-based, high intensity exercise class. Each workout keeps you constantly challenged as you alternate between aerobic and anaerobic intervals performed at your max. Perform long bursts of maximum-intensity exercises with short periods of rest.

Treading Bootcamp

This cycle of treadmill work alternating with strength and core exercises will give you a high intensity functional training workout. The combination of high intensity cardio and weight training will blast fat and increase your lean muscle mass for a leaner, more toned, and newer you.

Zumba Tone

Sculpt your body naturally while having a total blast. Tone all the target zones including arms, abs and thighs using light weights
while dancing to Latin beats.

Using our NEW Outdoor Space Station, the interval class will combine TRX, boxing, battle ropes, rip trainers for a high intensity workout!

$20 for Members and $25 for non-members (Max 4 participants)

This half hour interval training works all the muscle groups with a focus on functional movement. Whether you’re looking to lose weight, reduce medication or just get in shape this class is for you.
