Swim, sip, and unwind above the city. Our rooftop infinity pool features skyline views, café service, and plenty of space to sunbathe and socialize, plus a summer music and events series that turns every visit into a vibe.

Our Downtown fitness programs offer a well-rounded menu of ways to find movement and ample opportunities to help you feel stronger, fitter and healthier. Each modality is designed to challenge and inspire, with our knowledgeable team and welcoming community right beside you to keep you motivated and coming back. Dolphin Babies

Designed for infants and toddlers ages 6 months – 3 years, these parent-supported swim classes focus on water safety, floating, and basic movement skills in a warm, welcoming environment. Parents stay in the pool to provide comfort and encouragement while instructors guide each activity.

Dolphin Swim School

A more structured, curriculum focused approach to aquatic learning, our Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers ages 3+. Our instructors are trained in the Starfish Aquatic International Swim School curriculum, focusing on creating safer swimmers by developing swim and safety skills.  The program includes (8) 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Group size may range from 3 to 6 participants, meeting 1x/week for 8 weeks.

Elite Performance Program

The Elite Performance Program is designed for athletes striving to elevate their training and unlock their full potential. Small groups, instructed by expert coaches, include land- and water-based training specifically designed to meet the swimmer’s needs. This progressive program is ideal for athletes seeking to enhance their swimming skills.

GLP-1 Support

This 3-month program is designed for individuals who are currently taking obesity management medications (GLP-1s, GIPs, etc.) or individuals considering taking these medications. Work with our specialty trainers to make sure you are getting the support you need from an exercise standpoint and set up a proper nutrition/ health coaching plan. The programs includes 1-on-1 meetings, support group-type interactions, monthly educational seminars, and more.

Group Exercise

Group exercise at acac Downtown brings together energy, community, and world class instruction. With a full schedule of cardio, cycle, yoga, Pilates, and strength classes, you’ll always find a session that motivates you. Our instructors foster accountability and help members, from beginner to advanced push toward personal goals while having fun in the process. Downtown’s tight-knit, diverse community makes each class feel encouraging, inspiring, and easy to stick with.

Healthy Lifestyle Support

Need help with accountability? Looking to lose some weight? Are you at risk for developing Diabetes? We have partnered with the CDC to offer a group-based program that has been proven to help participants lose weight, adopt better eating habits, and achieve the recommended amount of physical activity. We utilize the Prevent T2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. The program consists of 24 meetings, covering different wellness topics, and is led by our certified lifestyle coaches. The program is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals.

Physical Therapy at ACAC

Having physical therapy available within your fitness center makes wellness more seamless and accessible. Conveniently located on-site, our in-house Physical Therapy at acac clinics offer evidence-based manual therapy focused treatments that are custom-designed to help you recover from your injury or condition as quickly as possible.

Pilates Reformer

Stronger core, better balance, and total-body tone. Pilates Reformer workouts use controlled resistance to challenge your muscles, improve stability, and enhance overall movement—perfect for building strength without stressing your joints.

These specialized classes are fee based in our private Pilates reformer studio. We also have several mat and floor based Pilates classes that are included with your membership on our group exercise schedule.

P.R.E.P.®

Developed by acac Fitness & Wellness, the Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) was designed with one goal in mind: to help individuals with health concerns safely begin or return to exercise, under professional supervision. Originally developed to bridge the gap between medical care and fitness, p.r.e.p.® supports recovery, wellness, and lifelong health through medically informed movement.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from a procedure, or simply new to exercise, p.r.e.p.® offers a structured, supportive path forward. And it’s not just for one type of participant; this program is open to all fitness levels and tailored to your unique needs.

Summer Camp

This is summer the way it should be: full of friends, fun, and freedom to move. From water play and games to crafts and themed adventures, every day is packed with chances to play hard, try new things, and just be a kid. Swim Lessons

Our children’s swim lessons are designed to build confidence, water safety, and strong swimming skills in a fun, supportive environment. With certified instructors, small group sizes, and age-appropriate progression, kids learn at their own pace while developing technique and comfort in the water.

Both private and semi-private lesson packages are available, most popularly in 6 packs of 30-minute lessons, scheduled at your convenience.

Tucked inside acac Downtown, our full-service spa offers a peaceful escape designed to restore both body and mind. Enjoy personalized massage and rejuvenating facial treatments from licensed professionals, all in a calm, soothing environment that invites you to truly unwind. Whether you’re enhancing your recovery after a workout or simply carving out time for self-care, our spa makes it effortless to turn your visit into a complete wellness experience.
