Healthy Lifestyle Support

Need help staying accountable? Looking to lose weight or reduce your risk for type 2 diabetes? We’ve partnered with the CDC to offer a proven, group-based lifestyle program designed to help participants build healthier habits, increase physical activity, and achieve sustainable weight loss.

This program follows the PreventT2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program (DPP) and includes 24 guided sessions covering key wellness topics such as nutrition, movement, stress management, and behavior change. Classes are led by certified lifestyle coaches who provide education, encouragement, and ongoing support in a motivating group setting.

Best of all, the program is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals, making it an accessible and impactful option for long-term health improvement.

Kids Zone

The Kids Zone at acac Simpsonville offers a safe and fun space for children ages 8 weeks to 14 years to hang out for up to 2 hours daily while parents focus on their fitness goals. Kids enjoy age-appropriate activities, creative play, and youth fitness programs led by our experienced team. It’s the perfect solution for families looking to balance wellness and family time. Racquetball

acac is pleased to offer its members a strong team of racquetball enthusiasts who provide a wide variety of programs for players of every level. acac also offers private lessons, and clinics designed to introduce you to not only the sport, but other players who enjoy the sport for competitive play as well. Members may reserve courts up to two days in advance. For your convenience, the front desk of each location offers complimentary racquets, balls, and protective eyewear.
