C4 Youth Performance Training

Designed to help athletes reach the next level, C4 Youth Performance Training has been trusted by athletes across the greater Pennsylvania area for over 40 years. Our programs focus on building speed, strength, and athletic skill while emphasizing proper technique and injury prevention. With expert coaching and sport-specific training, athletes develop safely, move efficiently, and build a strong foundation for long-term success.

GLP-1 Support

This 3-month program is designed for individuals who are currently taking obesity management medications (GLP-1s, GIPs, etc.) or individuals considering taking these medications. Work with our specialty trainers to make sure you are getting the support you need from an exercise standpoint and set up a proper nutrition/ health coaching plan. The programs includes 1-on-1 meetings, support group-type interactions, monthly educational seminars, and more.

Health Coaching

Need help with accountability? Looking to lose some weight? Are you at risk for developing Diabetes? We have partnered with the CDC to offer a group-based program that has been proven to help participants lose weight, adopt better eating habits, and achieve the recommended amount of physical activity. We utilize the Prevent T2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. The program consists of 24 meetings, covering different wellness topics, and is led by our certified lifestyle coaches. The program is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals.

InBody Composition Testing

InBody Composition Analysis provides a detailed look at your body beyond the scale, measuring muscle mass, body fat, and water balance to help guide smarter fitness and nutrition decisions. It’s an easy, accurate way to track progress and set realistic, personalized goals.

Like the camaraderie of group fitness? The accountability of knowing people are meeting you to train? Then small group training is right for you.

Get the group support you need to stay motivated, while also receiving the attention and expertise of a personal trainer at an affordable rate. Reaching fitness goals with friends is very motivating to many of our members, the sense of community and shared goals can be second to none. Your safety and success matter to us. That’s why every acac trainer must have a nationally accredited certification before joining our team — so you’re always working with trusted, qualified experts. In addition to nationally accredited certifications, many of our trainers have specialty credentials to support a wide range of goals. New members receive two complimentary training or orientation sessions to help you start strong and feel confident in the club. These sessions are tailored to you and your goals — whether you want help learning the equipment, building a simple routine, or getting in a full guided workout. Best of all, they’re included with your membership.

Select acac locations offer Pilates Reformer classes led by certified personal trainers, blending the personalization of training with the energy of group exercise. These small-group sessions in dedicated reformer studios focus on building targeted, lean muscle and improving overall strength.
