“I had faithfully gone to the gym 2-3x/week until this past December when I had a freak injury, rupturing/tearing all 4 quad tendons on my left leg. Just as I finished PT, the shelter at home began so I spent the entire year away from ACAC until my return in August (I’m medically compromised so had to be sure it was safe for me). I spoke to Mary Kate about my safety concerns before I made my decision to come back. I needed to as my left knee never got the benefit of PREP so this is now my rehab. Everyone at ACAC Eagleview has been very helpful & even before this pandemic, I was very pleased with all the cleaning that had gone on.”
