Swim Lessons at acac
Whether you are learning to swim, preparing for swim team, or just want to have some fun in the water, acac offers a variety of lessons for all skill levels and ages. From Private Swim Lessons to Group Lessons, our dedicated aquatics team is ready to help children ages 6 months and up succeed in the water year-round. Swimmers can refine their stroke and build endurance in our non-competitive conditioning program. Dolphin Club is geared towards children ages 6-16 who can swim but wish to prepare for competition or just stay in shape. Children in this program must be able to swim the length of the pool freestyle and backstroke. Practices are structured in a small group format with 4-8 swimmers per coach for 45 minutes. This 4-session program meets once a week.

Mighty Dolphins is our program for children 6+ who are able to swim but need to work on stroke development. Children must be able to swim the length of the pool without assistance or floatation and float on their back. Swimmers are divided into skill levels and instructed in small groups of 3-6 swimmers for four 30-minute lessons.
