Dolphin Babies
Dolphin Babies is our parent-supported swim program for children ages 6 months through 3 years, using play-based activities, music, and skill stations to build early swim confidence and water safety. Parents or caregivers participate in the pool to help children feel secure while learning essential movement and floating skills. Each class is 30 minutes and designed to be fun, gentle, and engaging.

Dolphin Swim Club
We welcome swimmers ages 6 to 18 and understand that each individual has different goals and reasons for joining a swim team. From the swimmer who just wants to stay in shape for SAIL to the one who desires to compete in the State Championship, Sectional Meet or beyond, we will do our best to meet each individual’s goals.

Kids Zone
The Kids Zone at acac Five Forks offers safe, supervised care up to 2 hours daily for children ages 8 weeks – 14 years while parents focus on their fitness goals. Kids enjoy age-appropriate activities, creative play, and active fun under the care of our qualified team. It’s the perfect solution for families looking to balance wellness and family time. Kids Zone is included with a family membership!

Mom’s Morning Out
Need a little time for yourself? Drop the kids off for an extended play session while you recharge, run errands, or just enjoy a quiet moment. During Mother’s Morning Out, children enjoy supervised play while parents get a well-deserved break. Children should bring their own drink in a spill-proof container and may bring snacks that follow our snack policy. Members can choose two days per week (Monday-Friday).

Stronger core, better balance, and total-body tone. Pilates Reformer workouts use controlled resistance to challenge your muscles, improve stability, and enhance overall movement—perfect for building strength without stressing your joints.

Racquetball
acac is pleased to offer its members a strong team of racquetball enthusiasts who provide a wide variety of programs for players of every level. acac also offers leagues, socials, private lessons, and clinics designed to introduce you to not only the sport, but other players who enjoy the sport for competitive play as well. Members may reserve courts up to two days in advance. For your convenience, the front desk of each location offers complimentary racquets, balls, and protective eyewear.
