Our variety of youth programs keep your little ones engaged in fun and educational activities. Running and playing together during Family Time hours is a great way to stay active. Looking for a few hours for yourself? Register your kids for Kids Night Out! We also offer youth tennis programs to help introduce young ones to this fun sport.

The Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers ages 3+. Our instructors are trained in the Starfish Aquatic International Swim School curriculum, focusing on creating safer swimmers by developing swim and safety skills. The program includes 4, 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Group size may range from 3 to 6 participants.

When Chesterfield County schools are out, we are open for some fun-filled days. Kids Day Off is open to those in our Before & After School program, as well as acac members and non-members. Kids enjoy the Media Room, Game Room, Clubhouse, Turf Field, Playgrounds, Indoor Swimming and Theater. Registration required a minium of 3 days prior by calling 804-464-0997.

Prior to first equipment use, we ask that children participate in a complimentary equipment orientation session with an acac team member.
Ages 9 – 11 | May use the cardio equipment only when accompanied by a parent/guardian. May also participate in group exercise classes (except for BODYPUMP and kettlebell classes) with active adult supervision.
Age 12 | May use cardio and weight equipment on the fitness floor when accompanied by a parent/guardian.
Ages 13 & Up | May begin working out on their own and participate in BODYPUMP and kettlebell classes. acac reserves the right to revoke this privilege if it is determined that a young adult is not adhering to acceptable standards of conduct.
