July 11 | Hip Strengthening Mini Clinic | 9:00am and 5:30pm | FREE
Learn the right way to come back from injury and how to keep healthy hips with Certified Personal Trainer Kate Young. No registration necessary. Meet in the stretching area on the Mezzanine.

July 12 – 14 | Lifeguard Certification Course | Friday 7:00-9:00pm, Saturday 10:00am-8:00pm, Sunday 9:00am-8:00pm | Member $200 Non-member $250 | Email Lindsey to register.
A certified Red Cross Instructor will work with students to become proficient in water rescues, CPR, First Aid, and AED. Participants must be at least 15 years old to participate. Students must be able to complete standard Red Cross prerequisites, which include a 300-yard swim, retrieving a brick from the bottom of the pool, and a two-minute tread with no hands. A recertification class is also offered.

We will celebrate winter in summer with dinner, beverages, a craft and snow cones while you enjoy an adult only evening out or a night in! Children must be potty-trained to attend.

The personal training team is now offering metabolic and VO2 max testing. Knowing your Resting Metabolic Rate can help you understand how many calories you need to function, plus what you need to intake (or not intake) to reach your health and wellness goals. Knowing your VO2 Max allows you to understand how your body utilizes oxygen and can help you measure fitness and heart health improvements over time.

August 5 – 15 | High School Boys Athletic Achievement Camp | Mon – Thu | 11:00am-12:30pm | Member $320 | Email [email protected] to register
This camp will teach and train all of the major movement patterns including squatting, hip hinging, lunging, pushing, and pulling. These movement patterns are the basis for all athletic movements and have a direct carryover to on-the-field performance. Alongside learning these fundamentals, there will be a classroom portion covering the topics of general fitness, nutrition, performance, and recovery. The camp will end with a “graduation day” giving the athletes an opportunity to show off the culmination of skills they’ve learned.

If your child is looking for a new sport, our Discover Squash Clinic may be just the ticket. Juniors will devlop racquet skills, hand/eye coordination, speed, balance and agility. Your child will train with US Level II Squash Coach Andrew Stiles and Girls Community Squash Lead Coach Aanika Sethi. This is open to beginner to intermediate players. Racquets and eyewear are provided. Come one day or all four!

Designed for women who want to learn or improve their form for functional movements. On Day 1, we will discover and practice essential functional fitness movements for everyday activities, ensuring safety and effectiveness.
