The Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers. Our instructors are trained in the Starfish Aquatic International Swim School curriculum, focusing on creating safer swimmers by developing swim and safety skills. The program includes eight, 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Licensed acupuncturist Taylor Krafcik will present on the benefits of acupuncture, with a focus on pain relief. Join us to explore the science behind how acupuncture alleviates pain and addresses various health conditions. Enjoy a light lunch from the Rooftop Cafe while you listen.

A certified Red Cross Instructor will work with students to become proficient in water rescues, CPR, First Aid, and AED. Participants must be at least 15 years old to participate. Students must be able to complete standard Red Cross prerequisites, which include a 300-yard swim, retrieving a brick from the bottom of the pool, and a two-minute tread with no hands.

Grab a BINGO card from your group exercise instructor or from the 3rd floor lobby. Cover 5 squares in a vertical, horizontal or diagonal row, but we want you to try as many classes as you can during the month, and stop by the Group Exercise Director’s office for a prize!
