July 15 | Coffee Talk with Kim: Common Shoulder Injuries & What to do About Them | 10:30 AM
Special guest, Andrew Taylor, PT DPD will be joining us to discuss the basic anatomy of the shoulder, 3-4 of the most common injuries with what causes them, what the injury is structurally, and what it feels like, and then give some suggested exercises to keep shoulders healthy. New to jump rope? No worries! We’ll help you find the right rope for your height and guide you step-by-step on proper form and technique to get the most out of your workout.
