Start the New Year off with a personal fitness goal (e.g., run a 5K, lose a certain weight, lift a personal best). Register with the Personal Training Director by emailing Scott St. John, [email protected], your goal(s) for the month. A trainer will contact you to setup a complimentary training session to help review your goals and some strategies on how to achieve them.

Look throughout the month of January for introductory or “101 classes”. These classes will set you up for success whether you’re trying a class for the first time or need a refresher in the basics. Some ideas of what you may see: Cycle 101 will teach you how to set-up your bike and what the different hand positions are while you ride. BODYPUMP 101 will teach you how to use the Les Mills Smart Bar and break down the different movements in each track. Plus many, many more. Registration will be available online 25 hours before the start of class.

When children visit the Kids Zone, they will have an opportunity to craft a snowflake to bring home and display in a window. Craft will be pre-school friendly and will be guided by a team member. No registration required.

Want a rewarding job? We can help! A certified Red Cross Instructor will work with students to become proficient in water rescues, CPR, First Aid, and AED. Participants must be at least 15-years-old to participate. Students must be able to complete standard Red Cross pre-requisites, which include a 300-yard swim, retrieving a 10lb brick from the bottom of the pool, and a two-minute tread with no hands. We must have at least five participants to hold a session.
