Thanksgiving has come and gone, and the next holiday season is already upon us.  Just when you thought the endless amounts of holiday food had disappeared…bring on the Christmas cookies, Hanukkah inspired potato latkes, Kwanzaa traditions like Cajun catfish, and so much more! Each holiday seems to have a tradition that somewhat revolves around food(s).  Fourth of July has hot dogs, hamburgers, and all the fried and greasy goodness.  Easter fills our bellies with deviled eggs, honey glazed ham, and delicious carrot cake.  Let us not forget about Halloween…candy, candy, and more CANDY! Needless to say our bodies need a break from all the eating.

The holidays can also be a very busy and stressful time for most, leaving no room for the gym or a workout.  When you’re stressed to find the perfect gift for your husband, wanting to fit into your favorite holiday outfit, or you just can’t seem to get into the holiday spirit, do you not turn to music to help lighten the mood or bring a smile to your face? We’ve got the best holiday playlist to help you not only get in the holiday spirit, but to hopefully get you into the gym and ready for the next month ahead.
