Community

In every class, our acac community comes together for 30–60 minutes of shared energy, shared effort, and shared wins — that’s the power of group exercise.

Consistency

With familiar faces and scheduled class times, group exercise makes it easier to stay consistent. You show up, put in the work, and before you know it, regular workouts become part of your weekly routine.

Energy

Group Exercise FAQs

Group exercise classes are open to acac members and their guests.

Class registration is not required in advance for all classes, but is required for those classes that frequently reach capacity or in instances where equipment is limited. Registration is encouraged and welcomed for all classes. Class registration opens 25 hours in advance of class time on the member portal and member app. A simple user guide for navigating our member portal/app can be found here.

Finding the right class can take a little time — and that’s totally okay. Everyone’s preferences, goals, and comfort levels are different, and part of the fun is exploring what you enjoy most. Our team is always here to help if you’d like recommendations or have questions about a specific class.

Our online group exercise schedule makes it easy to narrow things down. You can filter by time of day, class intensity, class type, and instructor, and each class includes a description so you know what to expect before you arrive. And once you’re in class, instructors often provide modifications and options so you can turn the intensity up or down based on how you’re feeling.

If you’re unsure where to start, feel free to reach out — we’re happy to help you find a class that fits your goals and your comfort level.

Our group exercise studios are well equipped with all the equipment you’ll need for your class. In the unlikely event that specific equipment is required, it will often be stated in the class description. If you have your own equipment that you’d prefer to bring (your own yoga mat, for example) you are welcome to do so.

In most instances, we recommend bringing just yourself! In comfortable, easy to move in clothing, appropriate footwear, and ready to work! A refillable water bottle is a great option.

It is a great idea to arrive 10-15 minutes early for your first class to introduce yourself to your instructor as a first time participant. They can help you get properly set up for class and provide some extra guidance and instruction to ensure a smooth experience.
