Class Description: A blend of traditional ashtanga yoga moves with high-intensity interval training (HIIT). Hand weights are incorporated into the postures for increased strength-training and cardiovascular conditioning. Moves are taught progressively to accommodate a variety of fitness levels and the class ends with a shortened Savasana. Registration opens 25 hours in advance, and closes 15 minutes prior. A $5 late unregistration fee is applied for any cancellations 2 hours or less before the start of class. A $15 no-show fee will occur for any uncancelled registrations.
