The postures are done on the floor, seated, and standing. It is not chair yoga and one must be able to get up and down from the floor. Some of the adaptations might include the option to sit on bolsters, use the wall to help balance, and use blocks to help reach the floor. It is also open to anybody who just wants a very gentle practice.
