Adventure Central provides a safe and nurturing environment where your kids can learn new skills, make friends, and gain self-confidence while being active and having a blast!

Adult Tennis

Perfect your swing or enjoy a friendly match on the tennis courts at acac Greenville. With well-maintained courts and programs for all skill levels, tennis is a great way to stay active, improve your game, and connect with fellow players. Every serve brings you closer to fun and fitness.

Afterschool

Finish your workday worry-free while your child has a snack, gets some homework help, and lets off some steam with their peers. Available every weekday county schools are in session. Transportation from 8 local elementary and middle schools available.

Dolphin Babies

We believe the earlier children learn to love the water and swim the better! Dolphin Babies is our learn-to-swim program for infants and toddlers ages 6 months through 3 years old. We use play, music, and stations designed to teach specific skills needed to learn to swim. A parent or caregiver must join the child in the pool to ensure children are comfortable. Lessons are 30 minutes long.

Dolphin Club

Dolphin Club is geared towards children ages 6-16 who can swim but wish to prepare for competition or just stay in shape. Children in this program must be able to swim the length of the pool freestyle and backstroke. Practices are structured in a small group format and includes (4) 30-mintues classes meeting 1x/week for 4 weeks.

Dolphin Swim School

A structured, curriculum focused approach to aquatic learning, our Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers ages 3+. Our instructors are trained in the Starfish Aquatic International Swim School curriculum, focusing on creating safer swimmers by developing swim A more structured, curriculum focused approach to aquatic learning, our Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers ages 3+. The program includes (8) 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Group size may range from 3 to 6 participants, meeting 1x/week for 8 weeks.

Homeschool Swim Club

Homeschool swim club is fun way that we incorporate the skills and world-class swim curriculum of Dolphin Swim School into a PE credit class! Program meets once a week on Monday’s at 11:15 for 45 minutes. The first 30 minutes are lessons/coaching – and the last 15 is exercise relating games and fun. Participants are divided by skill into, beginners, technique and development, and swim team style prep training. 12-week sessions run once in the fall and once in the spring.

Kid’s Night Out

Give your kids a night they’ll love and enjoy some time to yourself. Children ages 5–13 spend the evening playing games, watching movies, doing crafts, and taking part in themed activities with friends. Pizza is served for dinner, followed by a hands-on dessert-making activity everyone looks forward to.

Mom’s Morning Out

Need a little time for yourself? Drop the kids off for an extended play session while you recharge, run errands, or just enjoy a quiet moment. During Mother’s Morning Out, children enjoy supervised play while parents get a well-deserved break. Children should bring their own drink in a spill-proof container and may bring snacks that follow our snack policy. Members can choose two days per week (Monday-Friday).

Personal Training

Personal training at acac Greenville offers personalized support and accountability from a team of certified experts. Each trainer creates a custom plan focused on functional fitness, strength building, warm-ups, cool-downs, and sustainable habits. Whether you’re just starting out, working to prevent injuries, or striving for long-term wellness, you’ll receive clear guidance and encouragement every step of the way. With consistent coaching and evidence-based programming, you’re not just exercising – you’re building confidence, progress, and lasting results in a community that celebrates your achievements.

Pickleball

Pickleball is offered at acac Greenville on Tennis Courts 10, 11, and 12 and is available to Full Club members at no additional cost. Players can enjoy clinics, small-group lessons, and private instruction covering ground strokes, dinking, doubles strategy, and the rules of the game — perfect for beginners and experienced players alike.

Pilates Reformer

Stronger core, better balance, and total-body tone. Pilates Reformer workouts use controlled resistance to challenge your muscles, improve stability, and enhance overall movement—perfect for building strength without stressing your joints.

These specialized classes are fee based in our private Pilates reformer studio. We also have several mat and floor based Pilates classes that are included with your membership on our group exercise schedule.

Racquetball

acac Greenville is pleased to offer its members a strong team of racquetball enthusiasts who provide a wide variety of programs for players of every level. acac also offers private lessons and clinics designed to introduce you to not only the sport, but other players who enjoy the sport for competitive play as well. Members may reserve courts up to two days in advance. For your convenience, the front desk of each location offers complimentary racquets, balls, and protective eyewear.

School Break Camp

When school is out, acac is the place for fun, movement, and creativity! Our day programs for kids ages 5–14 offer a full schedule of engaging activities led by our experienced and enthusiastic counselors. Kids will enjoy a mix of crafts, swimming, sports, and games designed to keep them active, social, and smiling all day long.

Summer Camp

Summer Camp at acac Greenville is where fun meets healthy habits. Kids enjoy active days packed with sports, swimming, and creative projects, all in a supportive, safe environment that builds confidence and friendships that last. It’s the kind of summer they’ll talk about long after it’s over.

Swim Lessons

With a focus on confidence-building and water safety, our children’s swim lessons use personalized instruction to help young swimmers feel comfortable and capable in the water. Private and semi-private options are available to fit your child’s needs and learning style.

Both private and semi-private lesson packages are available, most popularly in 6 packs of 30-minute lessons, scheduled at your convenience.

Youth Tennis

Our youth tennis mission is to provide a welcoming and supportive space that mindfully nurtures the physical, emotional, and mental development of young players. By combining skill-building, teamwork, and positive coaching, we empower kids to thrive in tennis and in life.
