Dolphin Babies

Dolphin Club
Dolphin Club is geared towards children ages 6-16 who can swim but wish to prepare for competition or just stay in shape. Children in this program must be able to swim the length of the pool freestyle and backstroke. Practices are structured in a small group format and includes (4) 30-mintues classes meeting 1x/week for 4 weeks.

Dolphin Swim School
The program includes (8) 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Group size may range from 3 to 6 participants, meeting 1x/week for 8 weeks.

Our popular Olympic Games–themed field trip provides an engaging framework that can be customized to fit your group’s age and goals. With rotating challenges and team-based activities, every student gets a chance to move, participate, and shine — and no two trips are ever the same.
Field trips run three hours and include a snack, a customized activity schedule, a medal for every student, and optional time for lunch. It’s an unforgettable experience that blends fitness, fun, and learning — all in one action-packed day.

Swim Lessons
With a focus on confidence-building and water safety, our children’s swim lessons use personalized instruction to help young swimmers feel comfortable and capable in the water. Private and semi-private options are available to fit your child’s needs and learning style.
Both private and semi-private lesson packages are available, most popularly in 6 packs of 30-minute lessons, scheduled at your convenience.

Healthy Lifestyle Support Program | NEW session begins in March at acac Simpsonville
Need help with accountability? Looking to lose some weight? Are you at risk for developing Diabetes? We have partnered with the CDC to offer a group-based program that has been proven to help participants lose weight, adopt better eating habits, and achieve the recommended amount of physical activity. We utilize the Prevent T2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. The program consists of 22 meetings, covering different wellness topics, and is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals.
