Celebrate a full month of high-energy group exercise classes powered by themed and electrifying playlists from HIIT, strength and barre to yoga and cycle. Each workout is programmed to match the intensity and rhythm of the music, helping you push through intervals, lifts, and challenges with motivation that only great music can deliver. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned athlete, the beat will keep you going—and you’ll leave every class feeling strong, energized, and accomplished. October 2 | Acac Training Camp (ATC)
Get ready for a high-energy, results-driven bootcamp every Tuesday and Thursday at 6:30 AM. This 8-week program combines strength, endurance, and agility to help you break plateaus and level up. Led by expert coaches, ATC includes smart programming, mindset strategies, and progress assessments. Whether you’re aiming for fat loss, muscle tone, or better overall fitness, this is your path to real transformation.

October 10 | Kids Night Out | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | FREE with family membership
Children ages 2 – 12 enjoy games, sports, movies, crafts, and fun while parents enjoy time out on the town! Registration opens October 1 on the member portal/app.

October 17 | 6th Annual Fall Fest | 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM
Come and join us for a spooky night of club-wide trick-or-treating, filled with sweet treats, prizes, raffles, games, and more!

October 17 | BodyPump Pop-Up | 12:00 PM | Eagleview
Get ready to turn up the heat this autumn with high-energy music, full-body resistance training, and festive fall vibes. This 45-minute BodyPump class with Maria will leave you feeling strong, empowered, and ready to tackle the season. Grab your spot and pump up your lunch break with a dose of autumn energy! Costumes encouraged!

October 22 | BodyPump 134 Launch | Eagleview
Get ready for brand-new music, fresh choreography, and exciting new challenges to take your workout to the next level! Join us for the 9:15 AM or 5:30 PM BodyPump class.

October 24 | Kids Fun Night | 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM | $10 per child
Children ages 2-12 are invited to join us for an evening of excitement and creativity at Kids Fun Night! Each month features a brand-new theme guaranteeing a fresh and memorable experience every time. Children will engage in themed games, sports, and activities. Parents do not need to stay on site, and get to enjoy a night out on the town! 

October 25 | acac Jr. NBA League
acac is partnering with the Jr. NBA to give young players an unforgettable basketball experience. Boys and girls ages 4 – 12 will learn the fundamentals, teamwork, and sportsmanship while having a blast on the court. Every participant receives an official 76ers jersey, letting them play like the pros! Whether you’re just starting out or looking to sharpen your skills, the Jr. NBA League at acac is the perfect place to grow your game and your love for basketball.

October 30 | acac Dance Academy: Ballet Foundations
Introduce your little one to the elegance of ballet in a joyful and supportive setting! Our Youth Ballet Program is designed especially for ages 3-6, focusing on foundational ballet technique, posture, musicality, and graceful movement. Over the course of 4 weeks, young dancers will also learn a simple choreographed routine that highlights their progress and introduces them to the art of performance. This program blends classical ballet fundamentals with playful creativity, giving children a strong technical base while nurturing their love of dance and self-expression. And, its only $25 each class!

Join Kristen for a special Yin Yoga class as we cultivate gratitude, peace, and reflection during this season of thankfulness. Whether you’re preparing for the holiday season or simply looking for a peaceful moment of self-care, Grateful Yin is a chance to reconnect with your body, quiet your mind, and find balance as you move through this season of gratitude.
