Dolphin Swim School

A structured, curriculum focused approach to aquatic learning, our Dolphin Swim School is an ideal learn-to-swim program for novice swimmers ages 3+. The program includes (8) 30-minute classes designed to help students develop a foundation of swimming skills in a child-centered environment. Group size may range from 3 to 6 participants, meeting 1x/week for 8 weeks.

From high-intensity formats like cycle, HIIT, and strength conditioning to mind-body favorites like yoga, Pilates, and Barre, each class provides expert instruction and a community-driven atmosphere. Birthday Parties

Our party venue is packed with excitement and designed for nonstop fun. Kids can crawl, climb, and explore the indoor play structure, get creative with hands-on crafts, and jump into activities that keep everyone laughing and moving. It’s the perfect place for friends to play, celebrate, and make unforgettable birthday memories.

Best of all, we take care of the details so you can enjoy the celebration too! Your party includes 1.5 hours of exclusive use of the Kids Zone, a dedicated birthday party host as your main point of contact, and complimentary setup, cleanup, and tear-down.

Parties include 12 children plus the birthday child and siblings, giving everyone plenty of room to join the fun while you relax and enjoy the moment.

Kids Night Out

Parents, enjoy a night out while your kids enjoy a night packed with fun in the Kids Zone! During Kids Night Out, children will play games, get creative with crafts, and enjoy pizza while hanging out with friends in a safe, supervised environment. It’s the perfect mix of active play, creativity, and social time — and they’ll be asking when they can come back. Open to children ages 3–12 (must be potty trained).

Racquet Sports

Offering squash, badminton, and pickleball, our racquet sports programming delivers fast-paced fun and great workouts for every level. Members can enjoy open play, take part in adult and junior clinics, or work with our pros through private and group lessons to build skills, confidence, and strategy on the court.

Dolphin Club

Dolphin Club develops competitive skills and is designed for strokes mastery in young swimmers. Participants receive advanced instruction and swim laps for exercise and endurance. Participants must have previous exposure to all four strokes.

Dolphin Babies

Designed for infants and toddlers ages 6 months – 3 years, these parent-supported swim classes focus on water safety, floating, and basic movement skills in a warm, welcoming environment. Parents stay in the pool to provide comfort and encouragement while instructors guide each activity.

Recovery Zone

Recharge faster and train smarter in the acac Short Pump Recovery Zone — a dedicated space equipped with advanced tools to support your body before and after workouts. You’ll find:

Cold plunge tubs to reduce inflammation

P.R.E.P.®

Developed by acac Fitness & Wellness, the Physician Referred Exercise Program (p.r.e.p.®) was designed with one goal in mind: to help individuals with health concerns safely begin or return to exercise, under professional supervision. Originally developed to bridge the gap between medical care and fitness, p.r.e.p.® supports recovery, wellness, and lifelong health through medically informed movement.

Whether you’re managing a chronic condition, recovering from a procedure, or simply new to exercise, p.r.e.p.® offers a structured, supportive path forward. And it’s not just for one type of participant; this program is open to all fitness levels and tailored to your unique needs.

Healthy Lifestyle Support

Need help with accountability? Looking to lose some weight? Are you at risk for developing Diabetes? We have partnered with the CDC to offer a group-based program that has been proven to help participants lose weight, adopt better eating habits, and achieve the recommended amount of physical activity. We utilize the Prevent T2 curriculum developed for the National Diabetes Prevention Program. The program consists of 24 meetings, covering different wellness topics, and is led by our certified lifestyle coaches. The program is covered by Medicare for qualified individuals.

Cancer Survivorship

Our Midlothian and Short Pump locations are now offering Maple Tree’s Survivorship Program, which is designed to help cancer survivors regain strength, reduce side effects, and improve overall well-being through exercise. This three-month, evidence-based exercise program makes it easier for survivors to stay active and take charge of their health. Overall, cancer survivors who exercise during remission have a five-fold decrease in all-cause mortality compared to those who remain sedentary.

GLP-1 Support

This 3-month program is designed for individuals who are currently taking obesity management medications (GLP-1s, GIPs, etc.) or individuals considering taking these medications. Work with our specialty trainers to make sure you are getting the support you need from an exercise standpoint and set up a proper nutrition/ health coaching plan. The programs includes 1-on-1 meetings, support group-type interactions, monthly educational seminars, and more.

Metabolic & Vo2 Max Testing

Our VO₂ max and metabolic testing services provide personalized insights to guide smarter fitness and nutrition choices, enhance performance, and help you better understand how your body uses energy. After your test, our expert coaches can help you interpret the results and apply them to your training and eating habits, so you’re working toward your goals with maximum efficiency and confidence.
