FAQs
What is compression?
Compression therapy has been used for years as a medical treatment to assist with circulation. Compression is now being utilized by athletes of all ages and skill levels to improve training, recover faster, and enhance overall wellness. Compression therapy is based on the science of blood flow. The system creates a restorative massage by using specialized pulse technology to deliver dynamic air compression on selected body parts. The Normatec compression system also allows for customization by offering adjustable time, pressure and ZoneBoosts.
