Lifeguard Trainings & Certifications

Lifeguard training and certification available year round. Get trained and certified at ACAC Midlothian and gain the Lifeguard training skills and confidence needed to handle any water emergency.

A certified Red Cross Instructor will work with students to become proficient in water rescues, CPR, First Aid and AED. Participants must be at least 15 years old to participate. We must have at least five participants to hold a class.

Recertification | Member $150 | Non-member $180
