Lifeguard Trainings & Certifications

Join our lifeguard training program to become a certified lifeguard and learn the skills necessary to save lives. Our comprehensive training program will teach you the basics of water safety and rescue techniques.

Learn to respond to aquatic emergencies with this comprehensive training. Upon completion, participants receive certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR for the Professional, and AED.
All classes use a blended learning program requiring time at home to complete assignments to allow less lecture time on site. Participants can expect to spend 6-8 hours of time before class dates to complete the work. Participants not prepared for a class must transfer to a later class date.

Once registered, a letter will be sent out via email 10 days prior to start of class explaining how to access online work. Please read and follow the directions carefully! All online work must be complete before your class begins.

April Lifeguarding Course
Must be 15 years old, able to swim 300 yards without rest or stop, dive 10′ to retrieve a 10lb. brick, kick on your back with the brick for 20 yards, and tread water for two minutes without using your arms. Participants must pass these prerequisites and attend all three class sessions. Email [email protected] to sign up or register on the member app/portal.
