Learn to respond to aquatic emergencies with this comprehensive training. Upon completion, participants receive certifications in Lifeguard Training, First Aid, CPR for the Professional, and AED.

All classes use a blended learning program requiring time at home to complete assignments and less lecture time on site. Participants can expect to spend six to eight hours of time before class dates to complete the work. Participants not prepared for a class must transfer to a later class date. 

Once registered, a letter will be sent out via email 10 days prior to the start of class explaining how to access online work. Please read and follow the directions carefully. Failure to follow these directions will cause a move to another class and a $65 change.

All online work must be completed before your class begins.

Must be 15 years old, able to swim 300 yards without rest/stop, dive 10’ retrieve a 10lb. brick, and kick on your back with the brick for 20 yards, and tread water for two minutes without using your arms.

A $65 fee will be charged to those who do not pass the prerequisite skills, drop or transfer to another class.

*COVID-19 guidelines are being followed throughout each session. Each participant will be required to bring a family member who is a deep water swimmer to be their in-water victim each day. Family member should arrive at 1:00pm on Saturday sessions and 12:00pm on Sunday sessions.
